Patient Medical History Database |

Description: This program enabled patients to enter their medical history into a computer. The data was then accessed for computerized statistical analysis.

Programming Languages: Borland Paradox for Windows (OPAL).
Hardware: Hardware: Any 80286 or higher IBM PC compatible computer with an HP LaserJet printer
Program Requirements:
- User-interface so friendly it required no training (with a touch-screen monitor) or minimal training (with a track-ball or mouse) and no keyboard input.
- Question "tree" which would ask the patient different questions based on answers to prior questions.
- Store and manipulate data for the use of statistics program (SASS).
- Print reports on individual patients and also different summary reports for different categories of patients.
