Considered to be a very literal translation, and accurate for its time. It also has the advantage of translating the Tetragrammaton as Jehovah. On the down side, it’s dated and there are no deutero-canonical texts. So, unless you prefer “thys” and “thous”, get the NASB instead. — JEP
